Submission Requirements
- Final manuscript in .docx or .pdf
- APA or Vancouver citation style
- One file per submission
- Submissions accepted year-round
- Specific submission requirements, including format, can be found in our formatting guide (coming soon).
Mentors/teachers are not required as authors. If a mentor designed the study, performed analysis, wrote significant sections, or contributed intellectually,
they should be included as a co-author. If they only provided guidance, include them in Acknowledgments.
Publication Fees
- High School: $35 (after acceptance only)
- Undergraduate: $55 (after acceptance only)
- Fee waivers available upon request. Fees support DOI registration, hosting, and editorial infrastructure.
Review Process
1) Initial Screening
Scope, formatting, and completeness review.
2) Peer Review
2–3 reviewers evaluate quality and methodology.
3) Editor-in-Chief Review
The Editor-in-Chief reviews the paper and determines whether to accept, revise, resubmit, or reject it.
4) Final Decision
The final decision and any required next steps are communicated to the authors.
